Visualization Introduction

This class will cover the basics of using FactoryTalk View Studio Machine Edition to edit an application for a PanelView Plus 7 terminal. Students will learn how to upload from a PanelView, configure communications with Logix Programmable Controllers, edit displays, download to a PanelView, and back up files. Basic Logix 5000 knowledge is preferred, but not required. No FactoryTalk View Studio experience is required. Lunch Provided.

Students will use a laptop to edit an existing PanelView plus terminal. Approximately 1/2 of the class is lab.

All materials needed for this class will be supplied by Werner Electric for both in-person classes and Online Live classes. Training workstation: laptop, CompactLogix, PanelView Plus. Student Manual.
