Charitable Giving
Internships & Rotational Development Program
As part of our unwavering commitment to our community, we created a Charitable Giving Committee to partner with local organizations, improve our community, and help people in need. We encourage our employees to seek out volunteer opportunities and support local organizations that align with their passions.
Werner Electric offers a variety of internships each summer. We task our interns with business-impacting projects and provide opportunities for them to work cross-functionally on group projects. When seeking talent for full-time positions, we often look to our interns first. We also have a Rotational Development Program, allowing full-time employees to work in multiple business areas to better understand our business and be ready for future leadership roles.
