Werner Electric Return Policy Date: July 13, 2004
Werner Electric Supply will accept product returns and issue credit less a 20% restock fee to customer accounts for normally stocked returned material meeting the following conditions.
1. Items must have been purchased from Werner Electric within the last six months.
2. Products must be in original undamaged and unopened packaging.
3. Products must be of the current date and/or version.
4. The quantity returned must not put Werner in an overstock condition.
Any non stock items, DOA items, custom items, or items that do not meet the above requirements; will be accepted for return based upon the manufacturers return policy. Some items may be non returnable, or restocking and shipping charges may be applied at the same rate as the costs incurred by Werner Electric.
The above terms are the general practice of the company and may change. Werner Electric reserves the right to deny any specific product return at any time. |
