All web orders are filled from our Neenah distribution center. Orders scheduled for shipment on Werner trucks are then routed overnight to the local branch, cross docked, and delivered on the next possible truck. Normal orders shipped on Werner trucks to standard delivery areas are shipped freight free. If another mode of shipment is selected, freight charges will be added to the invoice amount.
Note: New cut off times (below) are in effect as of Sept. 5 2006. Delivery times are subject to product availability.
Online order cut off times for shipments via Werner truck:
Menomonee Falls, Milwaukee (West Allis), and Racine branches:
Orders entered before 5:00 PM CST will ship for delivery the next business day.
All other Werner Electric branches:
Orders entered before 7:30 PM CST will ship for delivery the next business day.
Online order cut off times for other shipping methods:
Following are the latest possible order entry times for each mode of shipment that will insure immediate processing.
UPS - 4:00 PM CST
UPS orders will include shipping charges and are subject to UPS packaging restrictions.
LTL/Best Way - 12:00 AM CST
Any Other - 12:00 AM CST |
